The laws of the State of California will govern the Agreement without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in California, County of Los Angeles and/or Central District of California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our Site. Lead and Cadmium in Adult Jewelry Law
Certain components used in the manufacture of Ateshi inc jewelry products may contain lead or cadmium. Ateshi Inc. works with its vendors and testing laboratories to ensure that its jewelry products meet the requirements of California’s Lead and Cadmium in Adult Jewelry law.
California Prop 65
California’s Prop 65 mandates that companies selling product to California consumers provide this warning: Certain components used in the manufacture of Ateshi inc jewelry products may contain cadmium. Handling or wearing these products may expose you to cadmium which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
